Sorbet is an icy, fruity dessert, perfect for hot days. Nice taste, lots of vitamins – such a treat like adults and children. Cook it is not difficult at home.

Sorbet (sorbet) — frozen dessert made from sugar syrup and fruit juice or puree. Instead of fruit filling can also be used for champagne or wine. Commonly used as a dessert and served as ice cream bowls.

1. Orange sorbet


320 ml fresh orange juice

1/2 medium lemon,

100 g sugar

100 ml of water,

3. The kiwi sorbet


6 kiwi,

3 tbsp of lime juice

3 tbsp honey

4. Blueberry sorbet


600 g of blueberries,

100 g sugar

1 tbsp Water

2 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation: place sugar, water and lemon juice boil the syrup and cool. Pre-frozen blueberries pour cooled syrup and carefully grind in a mixer. After this sorbet for a couple more hours to send in the freezer. Sorbet should periodically remove from refrigerator and beat with a mixer.

5. Apple sorbet


4 apples,

1/4 Cup water

1/4 Cup sugar

1 lemon

Preparation: squeeze of lemon juice. Wash the apples, cut into 4 pieces, cutting out the middle, and folded into shape for freezing. Pour the apples with lemon juice, mix well and send the enclosed form in the freezer overnight or at least 7 hours.

In the morning mix the sugar in a saucepan with water, bring the syrup to simmer for 2 -3 minutes and remove from heat.
