data and will tell you how to cook cocoa.

You might be surprised and wonder: really to prepare ordinary cocoa is so difficult that it is worth an article? Our experience shows correct and tasty brew this drink is not for everyone. Very often it is either not rich or sweet with milk films or lumps of cocoa inside, which greatly spoils the taste.

We want to tell you two methods of preparation of cocoa – one traditional and the other more original and spicy, which resulted in your cocoa will not only worthy of space on your table as treats for guests and family, but also separate entries in the menu of any institution, for example, any coffee. In my experience I can say that cocoa on the second recipe I especially love creative nature, it somehow mysteriously creates a festive Christmas mood. So, let’s begin.

For the classical method, take:

200 milliliters of milk

2 tablespoons water

2 teaspoons cocoa powder

1.5 teaspoons of sugar.

How to cook cocoa:

It is best to use highly soluble powdered sugar. First mix it with cocoa powder, add boiling water and carefully grind until a homogeneous mass. There should not be lumps or other inclusions. In a water bath to heat milk, boil it and then pour the chocolate mass.

Stirring boil for another 2 minutes, constantly taking milk froth. Before serving, strain the drink through a strainer or cheesecloth to ensure no foams or lumps. Serve hot, you can add heated a piece of milk chocolate or sprinkle with grated bitter chocolate.

For cooking tasty unusual cocoa you will need:

1 tablespoons cocoa powder

0,5 cinnamon sticks

250 milliliters of milk

10 grams of chocolate (dark or milk of your choice)

0.5 teaspoon of honey

50 grams heavy cream

Stages of preparation:

On a steam bath to heat up the milk and bring to a boil. Cocoa powder, grind separately with a small amount of warm milk, pour into the pan with milk. A few minutes to boil, pour into the Cup. Add a pinch of vanilla, cinnamon to taste, optional nutmeg and a little pepper. Sweeten with honey. Before serving, put in a Cup a piece a little heated soft chocolate.
