I somehow confused the expiry date on the pack, and the composition of some variants of ice cream, to put it mildly, alarming. Ingredients: 500 g strawberries (can be frozen), 60 ml orange juice 100 g sugar, mint (for decoration), chocolate (optional).
Prepare the orange syrup. To do this, add the sugar in the orange juice, bring to the boil and simmer for another two minutes on low heat. Then refrigerate.
Washed and cleaned the strawberries, add the orange syrup, whisk until creamy.
Place in a container of strawberry puree and place in the freezer for five to six hours. Every hour sorbet mix to form a crumb.
Shape with a spoon balls and serve, garnish them with mint leaves or berries. Optionally, garnish and melted chocolate.

Classic cream, which we ate in childhood, unfortunately, have sunk into oblivion. But it is in stores. Nothing prevents us to make a perfect sundae without much effort and in any quantity directly into your own kitchen.
Ingredients: 300 ml whipping cream (33-35%), 0,5 glass of milk, 150 g sugar, 3 egg yolks, vanilla (or vanilla sugar), on request you can take to decorate berries, syrup or jam.
Bring the milk to boil and cool. The cooled, add three yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar, mix well in a water bath and continue to stir, bring weight to the consistency of condensed milk.
Whip the cream until stiff peaks.
Gently combine the whipped cream and caramel and mix well. Leave in the freezer for one hour.
After an hour a lot once again stir or beat with a mixer at low speed. After another hour and whisk again the future of the ice cream and put back in the freezer until fully hardened.
When serving, you can decorate the ice cream with nuts, chocolate, jam or berries.
Chocolate ice cream turns out high in calories, but delicious.
Ingredients: 400 g double cream 33-35%, 100 g sugar, 50 g of milk, 50 g of chocolate and 3 egg yolks.
Chocolate grate. Mash the yolks with a spoon of sugar.
In the resulting mass add milk and grated chocolate.
Boil the mixture in a pan on medium heat with constant stirring until sugar is dissolved and until thick. Then cool the container by placing in cold water.
In a large bowl, whisk the cream until stiff. Carefully enter them in the cold chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass.
Put the future of the ice cream into a container with a lid and leave in the freezer to cool down.

In a saucepan pour the water into it – cherries, jam and salt. Bring to the boil and cook for another 10 minutes on medium heat.

Boil the milk and remove from heat. Approximately one-third, stirring, slowly push with the egg-sugar mixture.
Pour mixture into the remaining milk and on low heat cook for a few minutes.

Pour the mixture into the molds and leave in the fridge for eight hours or nine. During this time, stir the ice cream three to four times.
