What you need:

60 g fresh ginger root (or 30 ml of juice from the ginger)

1 slice of lemon and orange

40 ml of honey

400 ml of boiling water

How to cook a warming tea:

Ginger cut into thin slices. Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil in a saucepan. Pour into kettle. Leave for 2 minutes.

40 ml of honey

cinnamon, cloves, star anise – to taste

4 slices of Apple, orange, lime and lemon

How to cook:

In a saucepan with the fruit, pour the cherry juice and black currant syrup, add spices. Heat. Pour into a jar, you can decorate the Apple, star anise and cinnamon stick.

120 g of frozen sea-buckthorn

20 ml pear syrup

30 ml passion fruit puree (can’t add)

6 g of Ceylon tea

350 ml of boiling water

How to make tea with sea buckthorn and quince jam:

To prepare puree of sea buckthorn: boil frozen sea-buckthorn berries with sugar and RUB through a sieve (we will need 70 ml puree). Add into the pot puree of sea buckthorn, quince jam, syrup pears, passion fruit puree, Ceylon tea and boiling water, bring to boil and drain into the kettle.
